We are a 503c not for profit organization. . Our goal is to create a community of music lovers and musicians. Some of the ways we will fulfull our goals will include festivals, music events and listening venues. With every ACMA meeting we move closer to that goal. An ACMA meeting will include a business meeting as well as a musical "note". Get involved and join our community! The ACMA is a member based, volunteer organization dedicated to supporting live, original music. One of the ways we do that is by creating a Listening Room in our chosen venue. A listening room is an environment created to have the best and most intimate experience that an artist can share with an attentive audience. A space where you go to listen and the audience gets a live music experience to remember. The focus is on original, independent singer/songwriters.

Americana Community Music Association, Inc.

Welcome to Americana music; the edgier side of Folk

Although our concerts are held at the All Faiths Unitarian Congregation building, the music we present is strictly secular, in acoustic-based categories like Americana, Folk, Roots, Blues, etc.

All of the artists who perform at the ACMA are singer/songwriters and almost exclusively present their original songs. Unless you are familiar with these artists, you won't recognize their songs - but that doesn't mean they're not great.

With the ACMA HomeGrown series, we provide one of the only venues where local artists can perform a full concert of their own original songs.

We also provide local artists the opportunity to open for nationally touring artists with a 30 minute set.

Live Acoustic Americana Concerts  All Year Round General cost per Concert an affordable $10-15.00

We are all about Original Music...Right here in centrally located Fort Myers.  . ACMA Provides a venue for nationally touring artists, many award winning performers in the national and international Americana/Folk community. We offer year round shows in a small intimate setting. Every show is a meet and greet the artist.

ACMA is the proud recipient of a 2015  & 2016  Arts & Cultural Grant from the City of Ft. Myers

Unless otherwise noted, there is no need to RSVP or prepay for our concerts; there will be a seat for you! Donations for the musician are taken at the door.
